DESKERIO is a remote access solution designed for companies that demand high levels of security, reliability, and ease of use. At its core, DESKERIO is a screen-sharing application for remote computer maintenance and product presentations over the Internet. For ad hoc support of customers and users, DESKERIO does not require installation and works seamlessly across firewalls after downloading. What can DESKERIO do?

DESKERIO transmits a computer’s screen content to another computer in real time. Depending on the assigned permissions, it also enables remote control of the computer using the local mouse and keyboard. Unlike many browser-based screen-sharing solutions, the remote desktop is always displayed pixel-perfect with DESKERIO and will not become blurred or distorted due to compression.

The integrated file transfer function enables users to exchange files between computers during a DESKERIO session. The clipboard is supported in both directions.

Depending on the application area and compliance requirements, individual features, such as file transfer and clipboard data exchange, can be completely deactivated via session profiles.
