As soon as the customer connects, the PIN is automatically deactivated – preventing any unauthorized third-party access. DESKERIO ensures that “guessing” session IDs is not an option.

No permanent tagging of customer devices

Unlike many other solutions, DESKERIO does not leave a permanent device ID on the customer’s computer. Once the session ends, the device is no longer linked – a clear advantage for data protection and temporary support scenarios.

For your customer, joining a session is effortless: They simply go to join.support and enter the 9-digit PIN. If the PIN is valid, the correct DESKERIO client automatically downloads.
